The online Collective Wage Sheet

Notification for employers

This year for the first time there will be an online Collective Wage Sheet. This means that you submit your Collective Wage Sheet electronically through the website of the Belastingdienst.

This Collective Wage Sheet will be available in June. You will have ample time for submitting it. Your information should be at the Belastingdienst before September 1st, 2012.

Companies with the responsibility to withhold Wage tax from salaries will receive a letter in June with an invitation and an authorization form. This letter indicates that you are obligated to annually declare how much you paid in the previous year to persons, whether you had an employment contract with them or not.

You will also receive information on how to access the secure area of the online Collective Wage sheet. We therefore request you to pick up your log in information at the reception of our Belastingkantoor. Your personal log in data will be ready for you as of June.

At the Belastingkantoor, you will be asked to identify yourself and to sign a receipt confirmation. You can identify yourself with your passport or sédula.

In case you cannot personally pick up your personal log in data, you can use the authorization form.

If the supplier of your payroll system has questions regarding the specifications in order to export the data of the personnel to the Collective Wage Sheet, he/or she can contact the Belastingdienst.
